Available PositionsCall Center/Customer Service Representative Taking client calls, reconciling merchant accounts on the acquiring side. Addressing client concerns, problem solving, and terminal support. Job Requirements:
Hours 8 AM – 10 PM, M-F. Must be flexible to overtime.
Help Desk/Technical Support Representative Job Responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound calls concerning terminal set up (installation) and troubleshooting. Job Requirements:
