Call Center/Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:

Taking client calls, reconciling merchant accounts on the acquiring side. Addressing client concerns, problem solving, and terminal support.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum one year experience as a customer service representative in call center
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Hardworking, flexible, and dependable
  • Must have experience with high call volumes
  • Able to type 35 wpm

Hours 8 AM – 10 PM, M-F. Must be flexible to overtime.

Help Desk/Technical Support Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Handling inbound and outbound calls concerning terminal set up (installation) and troubleshooting.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a help desk/technical support representative in a call center
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Terminal deployment a plus
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Strong organizational skills required
  • Ability to work independently
  • Must have experience with high call volumes

Tech support hours are M-F, 8 AM – 12 AM., Sat. 8 AM – 8 PM, Sun. 8 AM– 6 PM.
You must be flexible for any 8-hour shift within that time period.
