Call Center/Customer Service Representative |

North American Bancard, one of the nation's largest and fastest growing credit card processors is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives due to our explosive growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Taking client calls, reconciling merchant accounts on the acquiring side. Addressing client concerns, problem solving, and terminal support.
Job Requirements:
- Must have minimum 1 year call center experience as a customer service representative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Hardworking, flexible, and dependable
- Must have experience with high call volumes
- Able to type 35 wpm

Taking inbound and outbound calls concerning terminal set up (installation) and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements:
- Must have call center experience as a help desk/technical support representative
- Excellent communication skills
- Terminal deployment a plus
- Troubleshooting
- Strong organizational skills required
- Ability to work independently
- Must have experience with high call volumes
