North American Bancard Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Rep
As part of the customer service team, this position presents an excellent opportunity to represent a successful, dynamic company and build valuable, marketable skills. North American Bancard is seeking individuals who can successfully develop our brand reputation on a daily basis.

The ideal candidates will possess strong math and computer skills, excellent problem solving abilities and a warm, professional phone demeanor. Additionally, candidates should be fully bilingual, have at least one year of call center experience and be able to pass math and computer testing requirements. Candidates who are highly adaptable and receptive to change will thrive in this fast-paced environment.


North American Bancard Staff Accountant
North American Bancard has an opening on its talented finance team for a skilled staff accountant. Responsibilities include cash flow forecasting, month-end close, analysis of balance sheets and income statements, and assisting the department with additional projects on an as needed basis. Qualified candidates will undergo specific training as well as individual mentorship to fully prepare them for the job’s requirements.

North American Bancard is seeking candidates with a four year college degree in finance or accounting and at least a 3.25 GPA.  Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude as well as flexibility are highly desirable for this position. Additionally, candidates with a sharp eye for detail will succeed in this position.

The North American Bancard customer service team is seeking qualified representatives with a desire to gain highly valuable skills and represent an industry leading company.
Preferred candidates have advanced math and computer skills, excellent problem solving capabilities, strong professional phone skills and a desire to succeed. Candidates should also have prior call center experience and a high level of comfort in dealing with unsatisfied, aggravated customers. Candidates with a natural aptitude for defusing tension and conflict are highly desirable. Additionally, individuals with flexible, adaptable personalities who are able to stay focused and calm in a fast-paced environment will excel in this position. All candidates will be required to pass select math and computer tests to be considered.
