Overview

Global Payments expands the payment processing solutions that are offered to merchants by providing plug-in support for Microsoft Dynamics RMS. Working with Global Transport – Client software, the RMS plug-in reduces modifications to the current environment, increases peripherals supported, provides support for customer facing multi-lane terminals, and enables transaction processing from within RMS, thereby eliminating the need for software changes.

The Global Transport – Client with the Dynamics RMS plug-in supports the Retail, eCommerce, and Mail Order/Telephone Order markets. The plug-in also provides merchants with the ability to easily install peripheral devices which are not supported in the standard Dynamics RMS offering. The plug-in does not require any additional database setup/maintenance affecting the Dynamics RMS configuration.

In addition, the solution provides dial back-up functionality, thereby reducing unexpected interruptions, increasing merchant and customer satisfaction.
