When you need a payment solution to accommodate large transaction volumes, BIG Batch is the product for you. Merchants can create payment files from any hardware and software platform and transmit them to BIG Batch for processing.

BIG Batch is ideal in mail order/telephone order and recurring payment environments where face-to-face payment processing is not required, but the ability to process large amounts of payment data is necessary. For those merchants who send monthly recurring files, BIG Batch supports the Visa Account Updater and the MasterCard Automatic Billing Updater programs. These programs allow participating merchants or vendors, who have registered with MasterCard and/or Visa, to obtain updated cardholder account information and adjust their billing records accordingly. This reduces the number of declines received during authorization due to the card reissuance and card expirations.
