The system streamlines operations at the Zoo’s 28 concession locations, including restaurants, kiosks, snack bars, concession stands and mobile food carts.
CDI Technology’s Toledo office provides all hardware, software and support for the Zoo’s system. The company is among the nation's largest dealers of MICROS Systems, which are the leading enterprise applications for the hospitality and retail industries.
