North American Bancard Names David Greenberg Chief Administrative Officer

TROY, Mich., Nov. 29, 2018 – North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB), a multi-faceted and award-winning payment solutions provider, today announced the appointment of David Greenberg as chief administrative officer. Greenberg will report directly to Marc Gardner, president and CEO for North American Bancard Holdings.

Greenberg will oversee the Collections, Compliance, Credit, Legal, Risk and Underwriting business units. David brings more than 25 years of experience in merchant bank card law, where he regularly advised market leaders on a variety of matters related to electronic transactions.

Prior to joining NAB, Greenberg served as Managing Partner and chair of the Electronic Transactions Processing Group for Berkowitz, Trager & Trager, LLC. – a New York-based law firm. David expertly counseled payment processors; CRM providers; merchant advance companies; independent sales organizations and partners; ISVs; VARs; integrated solution providers; e-commerce and gateway providers; and ATM companies on matters pertaining to the electronic payment ecosystem.
