Jeff Vagg is the Chief Data and Analytics Officer for North American Bancard Holdings, LLC (NAB). Vagg is responsible for directing NAB's comprehensive data and information strategy, implementing governance frameworks, and establishing an Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML) Center of Excellence (COE). The COE sets industry-leading standards and promotes continuous improvement for AI/ML solutions across NAB.

Vagg fosters a data-driven culture, ensures data protection, privacy, and governance, and empowers business units to create value and drive innovation through strategic AI/ML utilization.

At NAB for just over five years, Vagg last served as VP, Data Science and Big Data Engineering. Prior to NAB, he worked at Salesforce, Alpine Data Labs, EMC, Sun Microsystems, and Nortel Networks. Throughout the years, he has been primarily focused on advanced data analysis/architectures and enterprise architecture best practices.

Vagg graduated from Northwestern University with a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics and from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Engineering.
